About Your Job: In this role you will be responsible to provide communication and administrative support, effectively and efficiently, to the VP CRM and Loyalty and ensure smooth functioning of the reporting departments (Customer Care, FFP and Customer Contact Centres). In addition, to ensure all customer care escalations submitted to the VP from Senior Management are evaluated, vetted and responses (and adequate compensation) are managed to the highest standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Establish sound working relationships/rapport with key people in the organization
  • Prepare confidential letters, internal memos, reports, presentations and other correspondence required by VP
  • Highlight recurring issues to the VP to ensure that service excellence is delivered in the delivery chain and ensure minimal future problems which generate negative passenger feedback
  • Consolidation of Budget for department general office/ IT equipment and Staff Business Travel
  • Coordination for visitors which includes Hotel and Visa arrangements
  • Organize frequent duty travel including visa and hotel accommodation, and prepare expense reports for the VP
  • Review of expense accounts and other forms/documents requiring approval of VP
  • Arrange and monitor the status updates from the weekly Department Heads and individual status meetings
  • Monitor time and attendance records of the department
  • Collate and produce monthly statistical reports for VP highlighting areas of concern and trends for remedial action
  • Act as the first point of contact for the VP and liaise with the mains stakeholders within the business and externally
About You: To be successful in this role, you would have a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience and Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Previous Coordination and/ or Executive Secretary experience is essential. You must have the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and verbal form in English (Arabic is preferred), highly organized and high degree of attention to details, and you would have the ability to multi-task and manage fast paced environment and demanding client requests and deadlines. You should also be well versed in use of MS Office & Dynamics.
